Kelly is a physical therapist who believes that the most effective prehab and recovery blends scientific rigor with a mind & body perspective. She prioritizes evidence-based approaches and looks for no-nonsense solutions that get people back to their best & doing what they love.
After graduating from University of Wisconsin, Madison she accepted a position as a category leader with Kimberly-Clark. While interested in business, Kelly was drawn to physical therapy and returned back to school to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the University of Minnesota. Kelly plans to pursue the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency specialty certification this year. Special areas of interest include: TMJ disorders, pregnancy related issues, running analysis and crossfit.
Kelly also completed her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2013 to further solidify her understanding of fitness and healing physiology. She teaches a variety of yoga styles with an emphasis on scientifically researched methodologies aimed at injury prevention and recovery.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys international adventures, hiking, swimming, paddleboards, HIIT, running, backyard brunches, making vegetables awesome, and inspiring others to move.
