Patrick’s passion for helping people stems from his drive to return individuals back to their normal lives better than before. Whether it’s getting you back onto the field, back to work, or even back to playing with your kids pain free, Patrick is able to assist you with meeting all of your goals.
Patrick attended Gustavus Adolphus College where he played hockey and lacrosse while completing his athletic training degree. He achieved recognition by Iota Tau Alpha, the national honor society of athletic trainers for his academic excellence. Patrick then attended the College of Saint Scholastica for his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree while assisting as a coach for their men’s tennis team. He worked as an athletic trainer at Macalester College, a division III school, while completing his physical therapy boards and finishing his DPT degree. Patrick also holds the credentialing of certified strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Patrick specializes in the clinical management of athletes from youth to professional alike. Utilizing his various backgrounds, he is able to create a unique plan that is tailored to your goals and get you back to doing the things you love. From the weekend warrior to post-operative care, he has your back.
Patrick lives in Minneapolis and enjoys playing tennis, hockey, XC skiing and golf with his friends in his spare time. You may also catch him out on the lake enjoying some water time in the few sunshine filled months of MN.
